What Effect Do Fast Casual Restaurant Logos Have on Brand Perceptions?

Applebee's LogoAs you may know, Fast Casual restaurants represent a growth area in the restaurant business. Some established Fast Casual restaurants are Applebee's and TGI Friday's.

There are also some up-and-coming Fast Casual restaurants such as Briazz, Corner Bakery, Cosi, and Potbelly.

We were interested in what consumers thought of the aformentioned Fast Casual chain logos and conducted some proprietary research among the target market to find out.

Great Post! Restaurant logos should represent the specialty of that logo. For example in a fast food, its better to use an image of chicken. I found a great article about restaurant logo. Here its url
