Should FEMA Change Its Name?

James Jay Carafano, Senior Research Fellow at The Heritage Foundation thinks FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) to better reflect its mission.

He suggested a new name for FEMA, National Disaster Coordinating Agency.

What ideas do you have for renaming FEMA?
