Vercuity new name for MSS*Group

MSS*Group of Denver announced Thursday it's changed its name to Vercuity.

"We needed a name that more closely reflects the company's ideal for Telecom Expense Management," CEO Sean Erickson said in a statement. "After extensive market research, both at the industry and client level, we chose Vercuity."

Vercuity is a combination of "verify" and "acuity."

Vercuity's target market is Fortune 1000 companies. The company claimed it save its 300 clients more than $150 million from the $4.4 billion of telecom services under management in 2004.
